Charming outdoor areas, accessibility to public amenities, quaint boutique hotel atmosphere
Old elevator limitations!!! The unpredictable shower temperature was frustrating!!! A lack of visible management presence during peak hours could really help improve things!!!

My journey from doubt to delight
The staff's extraordinary kindness turned my blunder into a delightful experience, while the perfect location allowed for easy access to iconic sites. A lovely breakfast added a sweet touch to my stay.
The outdated elevator posed a frustration, and the Wi-Fi was inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected during my visit. Overall, minor inconveniences didn't overshadow the pleasant experience.

Staying here was super nice. The location is close to the Spanish Steps. My room had a flat-screen TV, minibar, and a walk-in shower. I really liked the spacious modern bathroom. Breakfast was a treat with plenty of fresh fruit and pastries. The staff was helpful with arranging cabs, which made things easier.

A tranquil haven nestled just off a bustling area, the cozy ambiance and attentive staff make this spot a delightful escape. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of both local and international dishes, truly starting each day on a high note. However, the shower size may prove a challenge for those accustomed to more spacious facilities, and the lack of afternoon coffee service in the breakfast area felt like a missed opportunity. Nonetheless, this stay exceeded expectations with its cleanliness and overall charm.

Fabrizio and Sonia were angels! The hotel is in a perfect area, just a couple of blocks from the Spanish Steps. The cozy breakfast room was a hit with my family, especially with a pet by our side.
In my wife’s opinion, a few more kid-friendly options on the breakfast menu would be great.

I really appreciated the location of this hotel, just a short walk to the Spanish Steps and other attractions. The staff truly stood out. everyone was friendly and always willing to help me with recommendations. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, but it felt a bit small and the shower stall was quite snug. There was no ledge for soap or shampoo, which was a minor inconvenience. Breakfast had a decent selection, although I wished there were more options. The noise levels were low because it’s situated on a quieter side street. However, I did experience a couple of frustrating moments, like when I asked for more information regarding some extra charges at checkout, but didn't get a complete breakdown. I was also not impressed with one staff member who didn’t help us with our bags at the door. Overall, it had its ups and downs but the experience was more positive than negative.

The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from famous sites like the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon. The room was clean, organized, and the bed was comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable. The continental breakfast had some variety, but it would have been smoother with more staff on hand. Overall, we felt welcomed by the staff and appreciated their help and knowledge during our stay.

charming hotel with excellent staff
The staff provided exceptional service, assisting with local recommendations and being very attentive to our needs. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the abundance of plants on the small balcony created a lovely atmosphere. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the city was a delightful experience.
The balcony, while wonderful, could be a bit cramped for larger groups.
