Staying here was super nice. The location is close to the Spanish Steps. My room had a flat-screen TV, minibar, and a walk-in shower. I really liked the spacious modern bathroom. Breakfast was a treat with plenty of fresh fruit and pastries. The staff was helpful with arranging cabs, which made things easier.

staying at gregoriana was a delight! the location is fantastic, just a short stroll to the top of the spanish steps. the staff was super friendly and really helpful, especially when they called a taxi for us. i loved the large cotton towels and the spacious room with a modern tv and mini bar.

However, I did experience a couple of frustrating moments, like when I asked for more information regarding some extra charges at checkout, but didn't get a complete breakdown. I was also not impressed with one staff member who didn’t help us with our bags at the door. Overall, it had its ups and downs but the experience was more positive than negative.
