it was an amazing base for our very nice stay. our double room was silent with a terrace, the balcony, as example. we appreciated the location, which was unbeatable in downtown. the breakfast was nice, the check in was early.

The breakfast offered was nice. Got silent, reasonably large room with the balcony. Its location not very far from Piazza di Spagna was absolutely perfect and amazing. We didn't have time, so that's why we would like to stay there on the next trip.

Staying here was super nice. The location is close to the Spanish Steps. My room had a tv, minibar, and a walk-in shower. I really liked the spacious modern bathroom. Breakfast was a treat with plenty of fresh fruit and pastries. The staff was helpful with arranging cabs, made things easier.

Staying at gregoriana was a delight! The location is fantastic, just a short stroll to the top of the spanish steps. The staff was super friendly and really helpful, especially when they called a taxi for us. I loved the large cotton towels and the spacious room with a modern tv and mini bar.
